2-100. The regional cyber center is the single point of contact for operational status, service provisioning, incident response, and all Army network services in its assigned theater. It coordinates directly with tactical units to provide DODIN-A services, support to DODIN operations, and (when required) defensive cyberspace operations to enable mission command and the warfighting functions.
